paintings are on canvas "gallery wrapped" around the side
edges and stapled on the back of wooden stretchers.The
canvas sides are painted a subdued continuation of the
face.A frame is not required. A hanging wire is installed. My latest work continues to focus on color, featuring abstract compositions consisting of layers of improvisation over a visual structure, similar to some creative music, in particular the music beyond category of the ECM label.
